A little love and appreciation needs to be given to Deadmau5 and his performance at Ultra 2011. His talent is at a level where every once in a while, you can't help but ask the question: "did he really make that?" Getting to hear that talent live in downtown Miami with a polished little skyline in the background was nothing short of mind-blowing. In fact, my mind was blown so hard that I distinctly remember thinking I had the ability to manipulate Deadmau5's light show with my fingers (I was also the one who used a black magic spell to summon Tommy Lee from the underworld). Look, the point is, it was a crazy ass time in a crazy ass place watching a crazy ass, brain-bending, blood-boiling performance.
When the following song came on, it felt like a skilled chef took all of your insides, chopped them up as finely as possible, kneaded the contents into a doughy paste, then used the paste in a delicious key lime pie recipe.
